Competitive Audit

Our key competitor is Shikumen, which is more expensive than Yum and famous for its dining experience and fast delivery service. Kokoro is an indirect competitor, it is a low-cost Korea and Japanese takeaway that famous for its fresh prepared hot food.

User Research

I conducted interviews and created empathy map to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was busy working mums who want to have a break of cooking.

Wireframe

User Testing

I conducted two rounds of usability studies. Findings from the first study helped guide the designs from wireframes to mockups. The second study used a high-fidelity prototype and revealed what aspects of the mockups needed refining.
